We are pleased to host Martha Rose Yoga at The Pottery Studio at The Find Store in Lee.
Join Martha and our team at The Find Store for this 3-hour creativity workshop. A unique combination of Yoga Nidra, deep yogic meditative sleep, and pottery painting. Together, these practices invite you to slow down, embrace the present moment, and reconnect with your inner creative joy.
We will begin with a calming Yoga Nidra session designed to stimulate your inner creativity. Working through the body, energy, and mind, this guided practice helps unlock intuition and inspire a sense of wonder and discovery.
Using this creative spark, we will then design and paint a beautiful piece of pottery, something unique to take home and treasure. Pottery painting is not only a creative outlet, but can also extend the calm, focus, and meditative effects of Yoga Nidra.

WHAT TO EXPECT

To feed our creativity, there will be tea, coffee, and cake. The perfect way to relax, reflect, and fuel your painting session.
THINGS TO KNOW
No previous experience is needed, and all materials will be provided for both pottery painting and Yoga Nidra, including yoga mats, bolsters, eye pillows and painting equipment. We recommend coming with a few ideas, an image or pattern references for inspiration.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for relaxation and creativity.
You will be able to choose your pottery item during the workshop, with any item up to the value of £17 included in the price. This typically includes a range of mugs, bowls, and small plates. A small additional charge will apply should you wish to choose a higher-priced item on the day.
